Resource Consent & Specialist Consultants
Following your booking, we will review the project and confirm the architectural scope and fee required for the consent process. Where specialist input is required—including planning, surveying, engineering, geotechnical or other consultant services—we will identify this with you before those services are commissioned. Specialist consultant fees and Council charges are additional unless expressly stated otherwise.
Your deposit secures the engagement and reserves the agreed work within our project programme. Any material change to the scope will be discussed and approved before additional work proceeds.
Professional Engagement
A summary of the applicable terms and conditions is provided during checkout. Following your booking, Day Architects will issue the relevant NZIA Agreement for Architect's Services confirming the agreed scope, fees and terms of engagement for your review and signature. The architectural engagement is confirmed, and work commences, once the agreement has been executed and the required deposit received.
